Pensive Pens Is BACK!

It has been a little while, and we are very pleased to say that Pensive Pens is back!

Being away has reminded us just how much we love what we do; the care that goes into each piece, the time spent creating, and the satisfaction of seeing something handmade go to someone who will enjoy using it. We've also missed the conversations, the shared enthusiasm, the familiar names, and the connection that comes from being part of such a brilliant community.

We're excited to bring new and old pieces back to you all, including the original Serendipity Pen.

There are a number of iems available on the website now, with more to come as things get back up and running, so please keep an eye out.

Short Circuit - PCB Rollerball Pen

This circuit board pen represents my love for both Electronics and Pens! It's for those of us who are geeks or techno-nerds but still enjoy the pleasure of a fine writing instrument that can slow us down and relax us while technology tries to draw us away from traditional writing.

This pen is carefully constructed by wrapping a real circuit board laminate around a brass tube and then embedding the whole lot in clear resin. The pen is then machined down to final size and the resin is polished to perfect clarity so you can view the PCB inside.

It will make the perfect gift for someone who loves gadgets or computers!

Custom pens can take up to two weeks for manufacturing though it is generally much quicker than that. Please let us know if you are in a hurry and we will do our best to accommodate.
